1.Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is suitable for almost all level of practitioners. It targets in lengthening the connective tissue (tendon and ligament) of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Yin postures are held for three to five minutes. It is an essential complement to the Yang styles of yoga and is a great aid for learning to sit in meditation.
2.Restorative Class
This is an exclusive class for practitioners who need advice and assistance. It allows the practitioners to interact with the yoga teacher in discussing the physical complication that affect their current practice and daily lives

Hot Vinyasa |
Hot vinyasa is a series of yoga postures performed in a heated room and it is a cardiovascular workout. It has the ability to burn calories, strengthen, tones and stretches the muscles while calming the mind and reducing stress. The heat allows for deeper, safer stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat

Energy Flow/Vinyasa |
The word Vinyasa means ˇ°breath-synchronized movementˇ±. Poses will flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. The class includes advanced poses to give experienced students a challenge. The benefit of Vinyasa is to improve the strength, endurance and respiratory health. |
